What is the Maintenance Minder System?
On equipped Honda vehicles, the Maintenance Minder System uses the on-board computer system to check operating conditions, such as speed, operating temperature, ambient temperature, time, and vehicle use, to determine when regular maintenance is necessary. The system determines the optimal maintenance schedule based on the vehicle's mileage and the conditions under which those miles were driven. The system will then display a Maintenance Minder alert on the information display* or the driver information interface* every time the vehicle is turned on. The alert will display a code(s) indicating the type of service(s) due.
