“Hurry, we’re going to be late,” you call over your shoulder, heading out to the SUV. You resemble a mule with bags slung here and there, but you manage to get them all into the vehicle, along with the kids, only five minutes behind schedule.
Mentally you tick off the to-do’s on your list as you drive them to school and daycare. You’ve got to remember to collect the dry cleaning on lunch break, pick up photos at the drug store and grab a card for your mom’s birthday. Tonight will be another hectic one: your partner has a meeting and your two youngest daughters have dance class.
Whew!
When you’re traveling with kids for any length of time you know that screens—your phone, tablet or DVD player—is one way to keep them entertained. It’s not necessarily what you want them to be doing though.
If that describes you, listen up: Honda recently announced its new app called Honda Road Readers. It allows Honda drivers to download free children’s audio books. Use the hashtag #HondaRoadReaders to learn more and see a quick video overview.
At Norris Honda, we hope you’ll enjoy this new app. Stop in at our dealership and service center here in Baltimore, Maryland, soon and tell us what you think. We’d love to meet you.
