These aren't your typical awards that are determined by judges or voting. It also received awards in the "Compact Car" category for the Honda Civic and an award in the "Compact SUV" categories for the Honda CR-V. Both models proved to have strong owner loyalty and best-selling segments in 2012.

Brad Smith, the director of Polk's Loyalty Management Practice explains, "Retaining customers in a competitive marketplace is extremely challenging and Honda's product offerings, combined with their customer engagement strategies have resulted in high rates of repurchase loyalty."1
