For over 20 years Honda has partnered with Little League^® Baseball and Softball , so it only makes sense that the company helped restore the OFA Little League's facilities in Houston. The league's facilities were damaged by consistent flooding in 2016, so Honda donated a $55,000 grant to the Honda Ridgeline Little League Community Project in support of the renovation efforts.

Recently, the newly-redesigned and reengineered 2017 Ridgeline was named the 2017 North American Truck of the Year by a group of more than 50 independent automotive journalists from the United States and Canada.
