The sales or finance manager at Tameron Honda in
Birmingham AL was disrespectful over the phone. I
called that dealership to discuss pricing options for a
2009 Accord LX-P. The manager basically refused to
discuss pricing at any level until I drove from North
Florida to Birmingham. Please note I purchased my
vehicle in Baltimore, MD. A customer with a
considerable down payment, exceptional credit (900+),
and a desire to buy expects to be treated with more
courtesy. I would rather purchase a vehicle
manufactured by another car company than deal the
Tameron Honda.

Bill (Manager) and Mark Vowles (salesperson) from
Norris Honda were great, courteous and made my
buying experience good. Sales person in Heritage
Honda (the dealer I visited but not bought the car from)
seems not interested, even though he promised will
give me a call talking to his manager about the price,
never returned my call and when I tried to reach him
later in the evening he was gone for the day, so I
requested to talk to his manager. When I was put
through to talk to his manager, the manager said the
sales person never spoke to him about me and and he
was keen on hanging up.... even though I made up my
mind to buy the car for the dealer quoted price.
